For product help, privacy questions, business-claim support, or a safety report that cannot be completed in the app, email maxsinner@gmail.com.

In the app

• Use Report on a post, comment, playdate, Relay Request, lost/found report, business, or review.
• Manage notification and privacy choices from Profile.
• Request a data export or account deletion from Profile → Privacy & data.

Safety

Do not send passwords, one-time codes, full payment details, precise home addresses, or unnecessary medical documents by email. For an immediate danger or veterinary emergency, contact the appropriate local authority or a qualified veterinarian.

We aim to acknowledge support requests within a reasonable period. Urgent services are not provided through this mailbox.
