Delete your PawRelay account

Delete in the app

1. Open PawRelay and sign in.
2. Open Profile, then Privacy & data.
3. Select Delete account, review the consequences, and confirm.

If you cannot access the app, email maxsinner@gmail.com from the address associated with your account. We may ask for a safe verification step before processing the request.

What is deleted

Account credentials and profile data are deleted or anonymized together with private pet records, care information, media, saves, device tokens, and other personal content, subject to technical dependencies and the rights of other household members.

Limited retention

We may retain narrowly necessary records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, or moderation audit integrity. Public contributions may be anonymized when deletion would otherwise break shared conversations or safety records. Backup copies expire through the normal backup-retention cycle.

Requests are tracked and completed within the period required by applicable law.
