Community rules
PawRelay exists to make pet care and local help safer and more useful. Participation requires these rules.
Be safe and respectful
- No harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, impersonation, or disclosure of another person’s private information.
- Use approximate public locations. Never publish a residential address or pressure another person to share one.
- Meet strangers only in appropriate public places, tell someone you trust, and keep control of your pet.
- Do not misrepresent ownership, credentials, business affiliation, urgency, or a lost/found pet report.
Protect people and animals
- No animal cruelty, unsafe handling, illegal trade, scams, spam, or financial solicitation through Relay Requests.
- Do not use PawRelay for veterinary diagnosis or dosage decisions. Direct emergencies to qualified veterinary or emergency services.
- Only upload media you have the right to share. Avoid faces, documents, vehicle numbers, and other identifiers that are not needed.
Enforcement
Users can report content and block accounts. PawRelay may limit reach, remove content, close unsafe requests, suspend accounts, preserve relevant evidence, and cooperate with lawful requests. Decisions consider context, severity, repetition, and immediate safety.
